Hello @Billy - thank you for taking the time to make this request.

Is this your footage or someone elses? I need a clear unedited video demonstrating the blackjack hand, and subsequent loss. As per the compensation guidelines for blackjack:
"This clip must involve placing the bet down (showing chips being removed from your inventory), the game playing out (with UI showing confirming your hand on screen), and the issue that has occurred. Not providing ALL of this will lead to your compensation request being declined."

Hey pal appreciate the response, the footage is not mine as my medal wasn't working.

You can see that I was given no cards and the cards being dealt just before my animation went through.

I can try and get you the clip of Chris searching me straight away after it to prove the lack of chips I got back. I clearly had them as I did place them down but they then don't exist after they were placed. If that won't suffice then it is what it is, not gonna lose sleep over 500k xD

I'm afraid not. Wish we could help out here - at least you now know to have a recording software running for future blackjack hands.
