  5. Please provide full detail and evidence: I left the server can back th next day and I looked in my garage and one of my helicopter was gone In total I have 3 helicopters 2 humming and 1 orca. I went into ts3 they told me to wait I waited for the next restart. I looked after the restart and it still was gone. 2 staff members said That I had my 2 hum but in my garage its not

Only members of the staff team are supposed to reply to compensation requests. Please do not reply on compensation requests not involved yourself. 

 
@Anogoraz i am looking in to this now and i have now seen that you have in fact got all 3 helicopters in your garage.  I am going to do some more digging to see what i can find out but from what i can see you have still got all 3.  I know from your video its says that you have only got 2.  If possible are you able to check one more time and grab a video for me whilst i am looking in to other areas.  

 
@Anogoraz Thank you for being patient in why i conducted my investigation in to the where about of your Helicopter.  I have spoken to a couple of members of the staff team and we are unable to find where the heli has gone.  So i am happy to issue you compensation for it.  

Compensation Accepted to the value of £225,000

 
Your compensation request has been approved however your money is currently being transferred to your bank account.

To speed up this process make sure you are not in game currently and make sure to respond to the member of staff if they are awaiting your response.
