Please provide full detail and evidence: I made an order for AutoShop Motorcycles on the third, everything was fine, the delivery came and I am sure the cash was withdrawn automatically from the shop bank account, like normal (if the cash was not withdrawn then that is fine and the request can be closed, just need to see as I am not 100% sure). This is a bit late due to the issues importing recently and the things I ordered in were not as popular as others so nobody has been asking about them, meaning I have only just realized the stock never arrived! Unfortunately I do not have any evidence, i am just hoping staff can see the logs and if cash was withdrawn or not! Cheers.

It seems to have not registered that i have read the Comp Request terms, i have indeed read them haha. Whether i need to put in another comp request or not just let me know.

We're looking into the logs to investigate this transaction - this may take a while as the people who are able to carry this out are quite busy. Once I've got this info, I'll relay it back to you.

Apologies for the delay on this! It included a lot of log digging and discussion.

After looking through the lengthy logs, from what we can see the following happened:

1. You placed the order

2. The order was delivered

3. The money was taken from your account accordingly.

Im not sure why you think the stock didn’t arrive, because we have came across evidence that it in fact did arrive and therefore, will be declining this request.
