Please provide full detail and evidence: I was modifying my car when I picked the last transmission option. I then backed out of the menu, the money was taken and I got the notification of 'Purchased". I then go back into the menu and the mod is not applied, I back out of the garage and check my inventory, the money has been taken and I am left with 11k.

Hello,

I can see the video highlights it did look to make a purchase but hasn't actually done it. Attempting the same purchase reveals you now do not have the cash. I will honour the compensation for this, BUT what I will suggest is SLOW DOWN in the menu's. I'm not sure if you were doing a mod shop speed run but moving quickly through menu's might cancel things before they're complete; remember the client and server needs to talk to each other and sometimes wait for a response before completing. Escaping could well exit this before it's done. 

Compensation - £25,000 (Bank Transfer) - Head to City Hall and accept and the money will transfer to your bank.
