Quick description of what happened: Decided I'd move closer to Kavala; Found a small house + garage, sold houses I previously owned and after purchase attempted to spawn a truck. I was immediately killed due to it colliding with the factory next to it whilst spawning. Garage destroyed. Attempted again after server restart, same story -- This time I decided to do it from a safe distance, luckily.

I have the same issue with my garage, vehicles spawn ontop of a wall, but I found out that if I stand at one side of the garage away from the wall, it doesnt spawn ontop of the wall, might not work for you though.

I sold the garage upon the third server restart. I've not sold the house.

I can't actually afford to buy back my old house, I've got things stored in my house which effectively cannot be moved until I purchase a new property. I'd finished moving in by the time I'd tested the garage.
