Quick description of what happened: Wanted to send my friend 7 million, I sent him 1 pound to test if it was working, which it was. I then sent him 7 million and it said it sent but he did not get the money.

in ATM transfer yes, but in hand it doesn't matter.

At least that is how it used to be.

I have been looking around in the comp request area and more people that have been moving it from hand to hand has been lost. So i think you do have to send 999.999 at a time no matter what. I saw an example where a guy sent 1.5 mil and it disapeared even tho it was on hand. So atleast we did learn a lession now.
