Time & Date this happened:  1/27/2015 - Just before the 4pm restart
 
Which Server did this happen on: Server 2
 
Description of what happened: Tried to rob him, he ran away. Then i killed him.
He logged out, came back, and tried to kill one of ours. We killed him AGAIN, and he combatlogged again.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combatlogging
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yep

Hello,

In game, my name is [A.C.M] Sparkz. I would like to explain myself. Firstly, my computer has a glitch which causes it to tab out quite often and, especially with Bohemia Interactive games, close the tab as well. My computer isn't too powerful and can crash or do what i've just explained: that is what you are seeing. When I die in Arma 2/3 it is not rare for me to experience a lag spike which causes my PC to tab out and, with some particular games, close the game. I apologise for any confusion i have caused. Furthermore, where you have stated 'Yep' to whether you contacted me within the game, you have lied. I have received no attempt to correct the situation and I would be more than obliged to compensate in game for annoyance as I have recently been making money well. I would also like to say that, when talking in side chat when id re-joined to inform the admins of the issue, you told a friend of mine that I was 'just another c*nt who needs to get banned'. I feel like this...colourful...language is not in order but i can understand that you may be annoyed but, like i have said, this is a simple misunderstanding. If you do wish to contact me, my steam name is CodeSpark. I would like to resolve this in a way that leaves everyone happy so, please contact me. Side note: I believe I was dead when I was disconnected as well so I i'm not sure if that constitutes as 'Combat' Logging, but I digress. I enjoy this server and community and do not want to receive a ban due to a mix-up. Also, I was sneaking up because I saw you pointing a gun at the man with his hands up and wanted to help.

Firstly, you're fucking metagaming to shit. Secondly I know that his computer fucks up it's always done it.

if it was not you Omligon then it may have been one of your friends, only i saw it in chat regarding me and so did someone else in my gang so im passing on what ive been told. I was in AlphaX with Remedy for a bit and thank you for backing me up here, its just my PC being what it is. Again sorry about everything and im just trying to sort this out so please work with me here. Im not trying to discredit you, just forwarding what ive seen and been told. It may have been someone else because i dont even know your in-game name since you didnt try to contact me like you've said you have. Im just going to ask we let this all go and go our separate ways because, at the end of the day, this is just my glitchy computer.

 
In the clip i didnt know who they were, i just saw them holding someone up so i went to help. Honest truth. I was going over to the garage to check if my truck still had heroin in it for after the restart for when i was planning to go and process it. Saw them holding him up, went to help. I was not breaking NLR. Also i know Omligon is with BG and your username says you are, so you would back him up because you're in the same gang.

you died in athira so why where you 1.5km from where you last died at as it was outside the old police hq and the 2nd time you died was 100m away from the current police hq witch is only 400m away from the old police station grounds that just proves you broke NLR when you showed 5 mins later in the same area you died at. as you combat logged 2nd time you came in contact with my friends.
