Description of what happened: . he just combat logged
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:  2E) Logging/Combat logging at any point where you are in RP is exploiting. Some examples of this: during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting medic, logging to save gear, logging while ziptied (Punishment is a permanent ban without appeal*)
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No after the combat log he didnt appear to the server again

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
Bro, this is a misunderstanding, I was playing with my friend ingame Ben Dover and I was afk, when i came back he said he was dead i instantly shot one of u guys and died then I left like 10 seconds or so after since we was in a 5 hour gaming session from clicking the disconnect button... that's not combat logging considering the disconnect interface its self is 10 seconds and well yeah.. i was dead

If this is breaking the rules I'm sorry that I didn't understand the rule but I wont do it again.

Well Mr.Toby still a combat log because you have to wait untill the respawn button to pop up and then left the game so the think is after i posting it on forums i see you on server 2 talking in side chat and i am saying "toby could you please come to teamspeak to talk about something ?" you answer "no" i tried to solve it out without you getting ban, but as i said you go to wait untill the respawn button pops up

I just clicked the disconnect button assuming that was allowed, I didn't fully read over combat logging other than the fact you can't leave when you're being shot, not when you're dead, so I'm sorry, also, I didn't come on teamspeak because the time you asked me to come on was 1:30AM in UK and I had people sleeping in my house, I was also about to leave the server since I was doing a drug run, but then it crashed + I said to you I can't come on because I was also playing with a friend.

Now i'm going to wait for the admins judgement

You also threatened me ingame with saying 'Get on ts or  be banned' which is blackmail.

well bro upto you that you reported me, I'm just saying I have no intention to break rules on this server and didn't fully understand the rule that I can't just click disconnect after 10 seconds or so, I guess let the admin decide but it wont happen again :)
