Description of what happened:
I got away with RPing an ifrit when Cockney Crawf's friend just pulled out a gun and shot everybody, I knocked Cockney Crawf out and I got shot by his friend(his friend goes on a 5 cop RDM spree after)
What Rule Was Broken ?:
1C) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and punished by a ban
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:
 Yes, tried to he does however make it unable to try and resolve anything with him. As can be seen by his responses in the following screenshots. I then tried contacting him on TS where he can not be found.

I'm sorry but I didn't consider that swearing. Two - the police officer (Voltz) impounded your vehicle which is fine, however a police officer shot me for owning an illegal weapon, so my friend took it into his own hands to shoot the officer (RP WHICH WAS INITIATED BY THE OFFICER WHEN SHOOTING ME AND ME TELLING HIM TO BACK OFF)
 

To be honest, I didn't know what he meant by "Resolve" when he didn't ask me to come to TS he just said "Do you want to resolve" - I had no idea what he meant. He did not ask me to go onto Teamspeak. 

I apologise for any disturbance however I don't think it is fair that you are trying to get me banned for some minor outburst of bad RP on your behalf and the police officers as Ifrits are actually ILLEGAL in RP/Game.

I said "Resolve what?" and you said 10 lines up, I didn't consider such a word so offensive. I apologise - I didn't intend to offend you by using the word, I was just slightly frustrated in the poor attempts to diffuse the situation by the Police officers.

I asked you "What do you mean, expand or resolve?" and you said nothing but report me - I had no idea you were offended.

ALSO there was no RDM involved in this situation. So don't make false accusations on situations you are reputable for blowing out of proportion.

I am most certainly not playing to get you or any other person banned, it's as simple as this. If it affects me and you aren't willing to resolve it, I will report it. This had a direct link to me, I asked you to resolve it, you said that you wanted to expand it(this looks to me like you are in no way going to resolve it and are trying to expand the situation), in which case I will report it. I thought that I was very clear when I said: "Cockney...Care to resolve?", which was in regards to me saying that you broke a rule.

Why do you only apologize when it goes to the forums? If you do something wrong, you should apologize straight after(or in this case, after I asked if you wanted to resolve it).

I would have apologised, but the situation was messy and the chat was full, also my gang was involved in a firefight which I was concerned about. Well you know, one word used which I've apologised for, I didn't do much wrong apart from touch on an offensive/vulgar word which wasn't excessive or spammed, just a communication which hasn't been agreed upon between both parties.

I'm loyal to the RP rules you can ask many people I play with, one word on Side chat which I would have apologised for if you said you found it offensive, you said: "Care to resolve?" Which I had no clue what you wanted to resolve - I didn't know you were offended.

I'm going to write out the story:

Pupp1004 was driving his IFRIT around Agios, whilst we attempted to spike strip his IFRIT but missed, we chased him into Agios where SPC Voltz was talking with him and impounded it, despite the previous situation and the fact Ifrits are Illegal in RP, we asked why the officers didn't do something about the Ifrit and they ignored us - Puppy then ran around saying "It's because I'm special" etc etc. At this point I was already annoyed at the failure of RP so I ran over, went to pull my gun out on two officers out the back of Agios and was shot down by Police, the Police were then shouted out by my team mate which ended up in a gun fight.

At this point so much was happening and I was angry about the last three situations so I spoke in the heat of the moment and used a word which I didn't consider offensive. He then spoke in a jumble of people in Side chat which I struggled to understand. After that everything went balls up and Puppy now seems to have quite a vendetta against me. I would have apologised but I was too busy in a situation involving my gang. I feel like lack of communication towards me as to what Puppy wanted from me afterwards or what he disagreed on is definitely present.

We are a mature Community - but being mature doesn't only mean that we should not be nasty to each other but ALSO not to whine about everything and sometimes take something up the chin.

You have been called an "Asslick" wich for me is not a big deal. If I think about all the "light insults" I got from Players every now and then the Server most likely would be empty if me and fellow Admins would ban for this each time.

There is a huge difference between actually harassing someone and constantly insulting or saying a "cheeky" comment.

I am very sure that you are NOT devastated. That you can't continue your life because of this comment and I am very sure that the end of the world is not coming because someone called you, Puppy, an "Asslick".

Maybe it should be about time that you stop being a "Puppy" and finally become a "Dog"

Hope I could teach some people a lesson about what should be reported and what not.
