I always use my mic when doing a robbery and sometimes if you pull out a gun i will shoot on sight naturally. But i ALWAYS speak down the mic and warn people etc, so yes i have committed crimes (in game) but not broke any rules.

I have a video of Cocaine Carl firing at us near the gun trader. We had just arrived in a truck and he shot at us from around 150m away. This was at around 21:27. We drew weapons and he bailed. See screenshot of his and our locations at the time of the shot. I can post the video if required.
