Not entirely sure how this all started, but since the update been noticing a few clothing bugs, some of which were from what other people could see and some myself, but here is a few screenshots to show what I mean:

I'm not aware of any changes that would cause this and the number of reports seems low (that is, only what is here).

If you are still getting this, I would recommend clearing your cache. It's the contents of this folder.
