The business buys and sells scrap metal and is of the main places where destroyed or decommissioned vehicles are sent. According to signage, the business was established in 1924. The business has received a new business model as of January 2024 with its new owner Mr.Brady.

Episode 1 - Early days
January 7th - 13th

Nathan, Gaza, And Dean who were friends in the city but had no serious occupation had decided to get into the profession of mining and smiting in order to pursue a bigger dream then themselves. The demand in the market had seen a recent upsurge after rumours that the lubricant deteriorating on products that has previously been produced by the smiting industries of the city. This coupled with the reality that many individuals that had stocked up material were asleep perpetually hording their goods when the market needed them the most created a high intensity environment for all involved. 
 

The trio used the web and sourced clients from the streets the build a client base and started fulfilling orders of raw material but the work was hard going and there were security liabilities as well as issues with the schedules.

Regardless many orders were fulfilled within this small window.

Episode 2 - Meet the crew

January 13th
Nathan, Gaza, And Dean get an order in for 2000 Iron from a new customer. They meet with the customer and he introduces himself as Marcel. Marcel has been in the city for over a year and has recently done some large orders of steel since the price went up and he had stock at the time. Marcel offers to join the company on the basis that his former employer TSE has been inactive for some time and he has expertise that can greatly impact the company. Marcel explains he has a new business plan that can greatly increase the investment in the company as well as secure stable wages. The group agrees and continues to fulfil material orders as they tie up loose ends for new projects.

The group also meet the Adam brothers and hire them into the crew. This doubles the capacity for man power within the company. 



Episode 3 - Truckers Convoy
January 14th
The company does many major deliveries of copper and Iron in the thousands on this day. The convoy was large and hectic and require multiple support vehicles to manage. Break test crashes, and the navigation of traffic took its toll on the crew. After the days completion it was agreed that the total days earnings of Raw product orders would be divided equally amongst the crew. Each crew member would be supplied with a crate and was expected to supply more themselves. And investment into the equity fund of the company would be largely pulled from orders that involved smelting and crafting.

Marcel also implemented a system where  stationary trucks were used as storage with crates inside them, and the team switched to Sanchez bikes which worked better in the mine and the smelt alike. The company would use a crate runner and mine minimum of 1000 ore per miner. And in the smelt used only bikes to reduce the risk if the time of day deemed the job to be unsafe, this minimalised risk. And reduced the time needed.

Each miner becomes familiar with the system fairly quickly until its clockwork.
