Civcrafter (Action: Already Banned - Money Hack/Duper)

Description of what happened: They killed a cop in the bluezone and i think he is making money dupe or some hack.

What Rule Was Broken ?: 6B) You are unable to kill anyone in a blue zone (Punishment is a ban)

What makes you think about duping in there? i don't see anything other than my dead body and him restrained. The restraints ran out i booked it around the building and he killed someone while trying to get away.

Fact is he has more than 6 million in the bank, no license to process anything and no trucks to transport anything.

This sort of players, always with the same set of licenses and vehicles in the garage, show up A LOT on the radar of community members who keep an eye out and eventually, on the admins. And then it's end of story =)

@Belthazor I understand yours is the body being looted, therefore I am not 100% sure if this applies, but I'll still say it: Please do not comment on player reports in which you are not defendant or the accuser.
