City Cars and Imports.

I'm sure this has been brought forward many times, but I really do believe theres needs to be some kinda' balancing to the speed of the vehicles? 
It always just seems like there is 1 or 2 cars that far surpass anything else in the city in terms of speed. I'm okay with cars being faster than others, but when its like 60+ MPH faster than most. It is crazy! 

Then you get cars like the RX8 which struggle to even reach 90mph which I just find crazy!

I've heard around something like this is in the works though I'm not sure if this is true or how far along it is. Would also be cool to get all the car fully categorized into Classes making them easier to control performance and deal with in general. Would happily work with the devs to assist with this!
