Description of what happened: so i was selling some drugs in kavala and then i got shot no words no anything 
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: rdm rule
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: yes i typed to him 2 times that he could just comp me 500k for gear and drugs (aloot less than it would cost)

Anyway, there's currently 2 reports on him already, with one approved. (VDM in awaiting action, and another one for RDM posted less than a day ago. )

This guy clearly doesn't know the rules from what I've seen.
