Seems a bit odd though that you can scrap the 6 mil Mohawk but not the 4 mil (not sure if I got that right ) Hellcat?  

Surely the Mohawk should be exempt too?

Sorry for the self bump but is it possible to change it so Mohawks cannot be scrapped at the chop shop?

I really want to buy one but don't fancy investing 6 mil (3 with sale) that can be removed permanently, alternatively I could buy the cheaper Hellcat and be safe from it being chop shopped, which just doesn't make any sense and seems like a bug or oversight.

i would love the second chop shop inside unmc territory it would make border jumping so much more risky and would also stop a lot of random scrapping as most hobos would be to lazy to drive all the way up to us

Aye that I could, but it only takes one disconnect or getting jumped while selling me legal goods for all that effort to have gone up in smoke, something the cheaper Hellcat user won't need to worry about unless they somehow upset the boys in blue
