Changing a road name

Hi,

We have an organisation in the city L1 Straps. Lots of people know about us but were a bit of a joke. But 5 of  us live on the same road 'barbareno road' on the west side of the highway by one of the piers. Just wondering if we could have the name of the road changed to L1 avenue what be pretty cool?
