Changes to the UI

I'm suggesting that the armour icon should be hidden when you have no armour equipped, so it would work the same way as helmet armour

Just for the sake of making the user interface look cleaner

Could potentially be done with blood as well, make blood only show when you are loosing blood. Like this!

Going to have to deny this as it comes under changed to the HUD not the UI.
