CHANGALOAS
In the 1980s CHANGALOAS was known as a Spanish cartel (The Changaloa Cartel) they was largely known for there international drug trafficking, money laundering and organized crime the success of the cartel funded them to take a step back and look more into legitimate business however the Higher ups in the gang was cut short by a plane crash which happened in the late 1990s this left members of the Cartel left with no leadership and the cartel struggled to carry on there plans.
CHANGALOAS TODAY
Old members of the cartel moved to Los Santos to invest in business with the remaining funds they made and along came a group of young individuals which had great street smarts and knew the way around very well, members of the old Cartel discussed the idea of organized Crime and legitimate business and the young gentleman took the idea up, bringing back Changaloas but in a new sense of being strictly focused on legitimate business and we are yet to get information about what they do behind the scenes.
