Summary: Champion Sport Suspension upgrade doesn't work.

Full Description:
When looking through the suspension upgrades on the Champion the last one seems not to be any different from the stock option.

I put in an order with sport suspension included and my car still shows as having stock equipped.

In vanilla the sport option does seem to work (see timestamp below)

There is quite a few vehicles that have bugged suspension on the "bottom" option, the option above that usually works, and the differences are quite minuscule tbh.
