Casino - Take money but get no cards

I've found myself comping a couple of times on people who join the table and put a bet down and don't get cards handed to them but money taken. 

Noticed myself it might be when you do it too late, or someone joins the table can't see the countdown and bets right away. Happened to me a fair few times also. 

Yes I know, could be a simple "Don't bet too late" but sometimes you just see the bet amount and button when joining a table and not countdown.

Poor @Fluqi can confirm hahahah

 
I had this happen to me when I went all in with 100k but I didn't have any recording software active and so accepted my loss and haven't really been on since 😞

 When I’ve been at that dodgy casino I’ve probably lost 50k in the last 2 days by when u place down chips the women just nicks them and doesn’t give u any cards. This normally happens if u place down a tad too late however is severely annoying and a loss of money. Just wanted to make ppl aware
 
 


 
I can now type on this finally. Yeah my English was pretty bad on that. Just to re phrase basically when a round of blackjack is finished and I’ve gone to place chips down sometimes the women just takes them from me or I will keep them on the table but won’t get any cards when the ppl next to me get cards. Then at the end of the round she nicks me chips. I’ve seen other ppl loose a lot more than my 50k from this but just wanted to raise awareness

I have played several hands in the last few days an have not had this issue do you perhaps have a video of when this happend

I don’t have a video but there was someone who had a video put on the forums recently of the same incident I’ll see if I can find it 

 
You see after you've placed your chips and it's the next hand are you betting again?  Cus if its a "late bet" u normally get put into the next hand mate... So. Next time try double check.

Nah literally sometimes I put my chips down and they just get taken away by the women 

 
Happened to me before and quite a few others, I know it can happen when you place your chips last second (admins are aware of this because they had to comp somebody)

 
@bigstiff all well and good admins being aware but it's the Devs that need to be aware haha

 
Has anyone else found this is still a problem?

@TinyBigJacko- has anything changed since these reports on your end that would suggest this could be fixed? Mindful it's probably a mind-fuck of network syncing. 

 
Had a chat with our resident casino manager, TBJ

This issue of taking the money but providing no cards can occur on any of the below situations, but it should only be an issue for one game

  • the first time you play in the casino
  • when you change table from one to the other
  • if you bet at the exact millisecond the timer runs out

Will get this added to the board #116
