CAS Rizz - Breaking NLR and trying to shoot us In a Jet

Description of what happened:
Stole his heli at black market while I was repairing it and refuelling it he came back in a jet and tried to shoot us.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
As a person who was there, referring to it as stealing a heli was a stretch.  You mean your gang  VDMed us twice and then killed us on site twice.  I think your words were 'don't shoot me' right before you shot us.  Or there was the ramming my heli as it was taking off a the airport and destroying it with a car for no reason, why don't you post the video of 5 minutes before this

 
The black market is a red zone the RDM rule does not apply there so you have to be careful in that area.

As for VDM my friend is new and I explained to him he cannot drive into your heli even if you lock him in your car I wasn’t present at the airfield as I was driving up to Athera from Kavala.

I cut the rest out as it wasn’t relevant as it is just me buying additional stuff from the black market and repairing the heli, Remember the event was longer than 5 mins as your friend had to respawn, drive to the airfield to get a jet and then fly to us. My shadow play does not record that far back.

Can I ask about the red zone part.  I don't see anywhere on the forums or rules saying that the black market is a red zone.  Also, its not breaking NLR as that is only in effect if a player is killed as part of RP:

5A) A new life starts, when

Your character has been killed by a cop

Your character has died in a RP situation.

Your character has been involved in an accident

As for locking your friend in a car, I would check your footage on that, as I was in my car as you were chasing us near the heli-field trying to ram us off the road without RP.  Its amusing that your gang (BRB) griefed us for over an hour and then reported my friend

 
Yes it’s marked as red on the map. Well I may be wrong on NLR? But I have not broken the rules, the server logs will show I got a sports hatchback out in Kavala, I then crashed my sports hatchback on the road to the airfield where I was then repaired by a passing ARAC vehicle.

It was only me and Ridderzz present on the server at the time wasn’t the whole gang, I’m not sure where you have got “It’s amusing that your gang (BRB) griefed us for over an hour and then reported my friend” from as you stated “why don't you post the video of 5 minutes before this” my interaction with you at the airfield would have been very brief.

As I stated I do not have any footage on the incident that you’re referring to, with the cars as I was not present as I can assume server logs would show.

As I can’t add any additional information I’m just going to leave it up to the admins to decide.

User already banned when in-game from my memory for firing the weapons in the plane into a npc area, so im locking topic as issue was already resolved.
