Car-windows rolled down clientside

When you roll down/up the windows through the radial caps-lock menu it only seems to do it client side

Yeah probably cause it seems to be broken now, tho I've never paid a lot of attention to it before so I don't know

This is a client sided thing, from what I understand it can not be changed server sided.
