Summary: Car stops working after parking.

Full Description:
I parked my car at two different dealerships and then they stop working when I come out and try and drive with them, it is very frustrating as I can't seem to do any exploring if I get out of my car as the car will stop working.

Sometimes yes, it seems to be a issue when pulling out the car.

Is the vehicle owned by you or is it a rented vehicle?

Is it the same vehicle every time?

By parking you just mean stop moving, lock the vehicle and move away then return? or actually storing into a garage and pulling it back out?

The car is owned by me,

When the glitch happens the result is the same. 

When parking it, I park it at a house(garage) and then when I pulled it out again.

Still having some problems recreating.

In the videos you provided the taxis are rented vehicles, they are never parked in a garage.(Public parking or house parking). So can you confirm what action you have taken to recreate this for me please?
