Car sent to chruser (Refused)

Hey. I was doing a drug run "heroin". I had it finnished prossesed, and was on my way to the drug dealer in Kevala.
A police man turned up and I abandened my truck and ran off. Maybe 15 seconds later I ran back, lured the police man to follow me and ran in a circle back to my truck. I started it up and got away.
But maybe about 50-100 meters away I get killed and it stands in the chat that "olavs vihecal is sent to the crusher"
I cannot see that this could be real.
Sadly I am totaly new to Altis life [played now in 2 days) sp I did not get a screenshot of the chat message, and I did not get the name of the police man who sent my truck to the chruser.
 
I hope I can get my truck back.

I was in the Helicopter giving the officer aerial support. The officer in question, DI-Liquid had already crushed your Tempest when you ran away, however the server must have delayed and crushed the tempest a few minutes later whilst you were driving away.
