Car Radios - Improving Functionality

I'm not really one to write suggestions but it something that has been on my mind of late and figured I would share it. I appreciate this has also maybe been suggested before and rejected. 

Car Radios

Currently players have the ability to use speakers in shops and the portable speaker to play custom music for not just them but others in a specific radius (that don't have streamer mode active I believe). Is it possible to implement a similar system into cars so that as opposed to the default radio functionality you can chose to play a specific URL which would in turn act like a car radio.

Whether this is audible to other players or just the individual who selects it is another discussion I guess but wanted to put feelers out there to see if this is something that could be looked into.

I've seen another suggestion surrounding this being a 'perk' of vehicles with built in radios. I'm simply suggesting that this is something restricted to the driver of the vehicle being able to hear.

There are already some vehicles that have speakers attached. I don't see the point in adding it for only the driver, why not just use spotify or youtube in the background at that point?

Yep apparently that's been made clear and I can assume every response after this will be the same. Can you just close this now?

Edit: Just read your edit and as Nikolai said you can just use spotify/other music streaming apps if you wish to listen to a song on your own.
