Tweedle has become just a place for car sales/raffles it seems so i suggest:

A new app on the phone same as tweedle  just as a car marketplace to place car/raffle adverts separately

The Pros
- Simpler for people who sell/raffle cars

-Simpler for people who are looking to buy 

- Would keep tweedle free to other posts
- Should be easy to implement    (if just copy tweedle)

The Cons 
I personally cant think of any but please feel free to add your opinions

Very good idea and i wish this get's accepted. Heres my thoughts:

If we could use the tweedle layout:

First Tab (For Sale): Has all the vehicles listings posted here

Second Tab (For Raffle): Rather than top tweeds maybe use it for car raffles

Third Tab (Create Listing): Have three fields that are required to be filled, these can be Vehicle Name, Phone Number, Photo Of Vehicle and an optional field where people can type whatever such as the price or other notes about the vehicle. Then an option to decide wether its a raffle or buy now.

I like this suggestion as its a good opportunity to free up Tweedle for other stuff and even better with some of the stuff @Gutzyhas suggested. +1
