Car dealership is making the mouse be stuck on my screen

When trying to put a car for sale in Mosleys when i click the Garage to Store button and then hit enter on the car it just quickly flashes saying requirements not met. Then when i leave the shop my mouse is stuck on my screen

I have tried F8 and typing gangmenu to try get rid of it but it didn't work only relogging seemed to work. 

EDIT: This happens with any interaction within the dealership, when viewing the website you are unable to do absolutely anything not even back out of it, you have to ALT F4 To fix it.

Can confirm this now have happened to myself at Noble Store as well. Had to relog and the process of F8 did not work.

EDIT; Not all the time, only sometimes with random intervalls.
