If you try to order multiple cars in the car dealership window without closing it after each time you click order, the order will come up for delivery as expected but if someone delivers the car to the dealership. It will not appear in the person who accept the delivery's garage. The car will just disappear completely. This does not seem to happen every time it seem to be inconsistent.

Never had this happen to me and I used to order 10/15 cars at a time, it was likely a bit of lag when you accepted delivery.
