Car comes out of house broken sometimes

I live on Innocence Blvd, near the Tattoo shop. Sometimes when I take my car out from my house garage it is broken after I stored it new.

Sometimes it looks new for you but you may have de-sync'd & hit something that the server has registered but your client hasn't. It happens to me too.

I can check next time I log in as I no longer store my cars at my house.
