Cant Transfer Items

Hi ive been playing about two weeks and have run into a bug that makes mining impossible for me. Everytime i go to put coal in my truck/house/local car/friends car, it wont work. i can remove as much as i like but it wont let me put stuff in. no matter the inventory space. If i relog it does the same thing over and over again, works for 2 mins then stops again. Any help would be great thanks

here it is, the same happens in my car, friends and local cars aswell as rented trucks. if i relog it will work once then will do it again. I wanna sort it coz i dont wanna have to leave the server for a shit one, any help would be sweet. thanks. Edit : It seems to be everytime i smelt its also happening to a friend, once we smelt the coal we cant deposit anything anywhere.
