Can't see myself on map

I have not been on ARMA 3 in a while because i've been waiting for my new PC to arrive, that is the reason I have not been on ARMA in a while.

I've come on yesterday and today to play but when i try to find myself on the map, I can't seem to see myself.

I have a GPS.

Is this meant to happen? Am I the only one?

Someone please help.

I miss my apple picking.

Do you have the "All Seeing Eye" skill as well?

@Mattch I dont think that you need that skill to see yourself on the map, as far as i know.

All Seeing Eye is required to view your location on the map because it was only until I purchased that skill I could see my map icon.

Get a GPS & The 'All seeing eye' perk via the Y menu > skills, then you should be fine

Need 2 skill points, but I could see myself before maybe 2 months ago but dunno whats changed now.

Hey derpstah, to see yoursef on the map you need the perk called "all seeing eye" you will also need a GPS active at all times. If your lacking the skill points grap a pickaxe, head to the nearest mine, (copper, salt) drop it on the floor and repeat until you have the XP to buy all the perks you want. Will take about 25 minutes to max out your XP then your good to go

I can press M and see the map but i cant see my symbol so i

dont see where im going

Apparently this has happened to other people in the UK sever aswell.
