Summary: Cant pass fuel to a person to put into the shop.

Full Description:
normally one person can be in the shop and be passed fuel to add to the total shop amount but when we tried today it is reverted so no fuel is added to the shop or taken from the van. each person has to manually go into the van and add fuel to the shop. This is one of the annoying things we have to do for the mechanic shops as you can only have about 3 people doing it and we need to stoke up 800+ on fuel runs.
