Cant get off the RPUK loading screen

when i launch the server the loading bar will go to 100% and then i can hear everyone talk for like 3 seconds then it will stay on the intro screen and not budge.

Can you push F8 during this period and take a screenshot

I left it running for about 30 mins to make sure it wasn't just a really long loading screen but it was still that screen.
