General store in kavala is broken.

Theres still a turle dealer on the map and also turtle in the market still even tho its been removed from the server.

The mayor election date is broken. Says the 1st and 15th of each month on the website. Its now the 2nd and nothing yet.

Is the general store still broken? If so in which way?  @Sgt.CrackDown™ there was a hotfix earlier today for arma.
