Whenever I try and enter the website I get an error message saying that I don't  have permission, with the error code: 2S160/4

The only reason I'm able to access it right now is because I'm using a proxy.

Clear browser cookies/cache/history

Try a different browser

Restart internet

@Zeitoisn't there some cmd prompt or something that might fix?

can you show us a screenshot?

This is what happens when I try to go on www.roleplay.co.uk, it's the entire website that I can't access.
Considering you mentioned it works when you use a proxy, I'd suspect your IP is banned. Do a test - if your phone is on your wireless, can you access the forum on your phone, or do you get the same message?

Hmm, that's strange. My phone isn't connected to my WiFi and I'm using 3G however I still get the same error message. :/

I occasionally get this issue. The fix for me is as simple as switching Mobile 3/4G off and on.  Works straight away afterwards.

Probably an IP ban issue, nothing with the firewalls or upstream or you couldn't see that page. It's the side effect of having lots of bans on record with dynamic IP addresses, sadly some users will be reassigned them months or even years down the line who had nothing to do with the original user.

Anyway, not a forum issue, so moving to rejected.
