We were there to find out what happend there and he just open fire on me! We had been there for about 5 min before this happens. No RP at all before shooting me.

Kind of to do with this kind of not, myself and another member of the gang were outside Piers Kitchen, when two cars collided. 

This Cannon chap turned up, in which one of my members started RP, "Oh hey, looks like there was an accident" etc..  then lights out.  The guy with no RP cuffed him with his weapon and started to rob my freind, no words spoken, no RP. 

I shot the man, and took a shadowplay of the event.  If you want me to post here I would be happy to.
