Can bounty hunters restrain?

Yes they can,
I believe they only can restrain when the person is knocked out or has his hands up.
A bounty hunter can only taze wanted criminals, BUT if you go and shoot people randomly to see if they are wanted you will probably get told of or even banned.
To restrain someone "normally" (no cop/bounty hunter) you need to have zipties (20000£ in the market). But roleplay it well!

Hi!
I couldnt restrain a criminal while he was tazed i saw him robb the bank i told him to stop then tazed him i told him to put his hands up,then he got up and started to ran again and he logged out. so i dont know maybe it was just me that i couldnt handcuff him only when they put their hands up.
