Can’t get on server

Hi I’ve just come back to pc gaming last time I played your server was around 4 years ago so I thought I’d join again and start fresh but every time I try spawn in it’s saying 

“ You we’re kicked off the game. (Battleye: Admin Kick ( Glitching restraints/ VDM :Vacatio)) 

do you have any idea what I need to do I’ve tried joining multiple times and it keeps saying the same thing

You've been banned from the server and need to appeal it, here's a link to the page, i'd recommend reading it so you don't get it locked

Cheers mate i’ll look into it like I said I played on the server around 4 years ago so it’s been a very long time
