Calling the cops while you have your hands on your head

Hey everyone

Yesterday when i was robbing a Guy he called the cops while he had his hands on his head the whole time.

So i decided to run,but do you think the cops would understand if i explained that the Guy broke RP and shouldn't be able to call them.

Thank you for you help

 
Depends what cop you speak too. A cso/pcso normally won't since they are the lower ranks. But a higherup spc/sgt+ should understand it.

 
Yeah I guess but when they see you in game robbing him they cant just let you go. So I would personaly run and then if cops catch you explain and they will let you go. but they cant just let you kill the guy infront of you even tho the person broke a rule

 
I don't think if someone breaks rule it should affect on cop role play on that situation I would still recommend cops to reconsider the consequences of hostage taking at this point.

 
Calling the cops while in restrains / handsup is considered metagaming / powergaming (correct me if Im wrong staff), since its not possible to do.

As stated above, the cops see a disparch where someone is in dager, and takes action from there. 

Most of us will answer back, to get as much info as possible, however some might just respond asap! 

Regarding how the Police act "on scene*, they do not take in consideration if he did it with hands up or not, as all they wat, is to "terminate the threat", and help a civilian. 

Metagaming / powergaming (general rule breaking) is for all of us to keep our eyes open for, and a rulebreaker is seen, they tru to talk to the given rulebreaker, or fills out a report, as mentioned above.
