Callaghan Tailored Sign Blocked

Gonna be honest, didn't have a clue what to title this post. 

Basically, the Callaghan Tailored Sign is being blocked by the original sign that is above the shop. It's not being hidden or w/e..

Has anyone else had this issue, it works fine in the live server for me the few people i was with at the time also didnt report any issues with it
