Cabana continue to outsmart the police, executing creative heists prioritizing the security and acquisition of freshly printed bank notes courtesy of the wonderful banks of Los Santos. The unfortunate reality of this, are the decoys. The decoys of which embark on a daring escape that keep the pursuing officers busy, their eyes in the wrong direction, keeping them hopeful of snagging our loot and equipment.
Eyes of the authorities didn't even look at our "equipment guy" in last nights bank robbery once. A plan executed as a result of indepth planning, SWOT analysis and drill exercises.
One man was ultimately caught, @georgedemain, a 600 month sentence for the betterment of the Cabana Cartel earns you a ticket to the roller coaster of prison escape.
We got far, but unlike robbing banks.. Bolingbroke Penitentiary is a fortress, guarded in such a way where firepower trumps intelligence, as the playing field is narrowed down to a significant disadvantage to escapees.
The Cabana Cartel have been attracting recent attention of experienced, capable people within the city that understand the necessity of strong leadership, loyalty & prioritization of experience over personal wealth.
The bigger the waves get, the more we tighten the ship.
OOC - To all G6 and Police involved in RP at the prison last night, the RP was considerably high quality from you all, and thanks for holding off on storming the canteen after my head popped so I didnt miss out, 10/10 love you guys.

We've been roleplaying selling counterfit cash for a while, we've commited to robbing banks just to get our hands on packed cash to pass off as counterfit notes selling them super cheap. This is something we hope to be able to continue, and maybe someday, we won't have to rob banks and pretend anymore.

The Rocky Road to the Ranks
If someone slips up during a hostage negotiation, a high speed getaway, target extraction or on other operations, it puts the entire Cartel in jeopardy. This is why we hold all our initiates to a high regard, putting them through the Cabana trials.
It's made clear at the beginning, what the consequences are for failing these trials, the ultimate fate people face in the reality of failure is a culling of the incapable.
We have the utmost respect for those brave enough to take the step into the unknown, heading out into the city to prove themselves, knowing that 12+ Cartel members are waiting on their every move at a secret location, waiting to deliver rewards, or retribution.

One can just, roam around the city aimlessly, a vague idea in mind of what you want and how to get it. Perhaps purchase an overpriced gun from someone in a yellow bandana with your hard earned bin money and hands the nearest baldy you can find.
The Cabana Cartel run "operations", a series of well thought out plans where we synchronize on a common goal. Strong leadership can only exist in an environment where an entire team have the freedom to build upon ideas, this is how you identify the best possible outcome, and all the steps to outline in order to achieve it.
There are just some things you can't buy from a pawn shop, of which require other means of access within the city.

At first glance our city is a place of opportunity and peaceful landscapes. Often under the hood, people are fighting an invisible battle.
More pressure is being put on The Cabana Cartel by the higher ups in Vice City to establish a more permanent counterfeit cash operation within the city.
A 3 month deadline has been given to Cabana Cartel (LS) to find a permanent solution, or their future hangs in the balance.
At first glance our city is a place of opportunity and peaceful landscapes. Often under the hood, people are fighting an invisible battle.
More pressure is being put on The Cabana Cartel by the higher ups in Vice City to establish a more permanent counterfeit cash operation within the city.
