No, never has been the case, never will.

Also it's against BI terms and conditions so any server you see doing that is very likely to have a lot of issues in the near future.

 
The fact you even thought this was the case disturbs me.. What are you here for? This is a unique community that cares a lot about high quality roleplay.. The attitude of ''Where can I buy ingame money'' is one that does not fit here at all..

The fact that you are so harsh to a guy who is just asking for money isn't nice of you at all.It was a simple question, telling him he doesn't fit on this server is something a mentor and forum mod should know to not say to someone who is asking just a question...

 
No, but there has just been a change which means donations CAN effect the economy! You might of seen that it was recently announced that if the £500 donation goal is reached each month, the next 10 days (starting as soon as the £500 is hit), all weapons and vehicles are 50% off for everyone.
