Description of what happened: He started shooting my car near the garage so since i am a bounty hunter i figured if he's shooting me for no reason he must have a bounty so i got into cover and when i saw a opportunity i tazed him.
I restrained him and as i was talking him to my car, He disconnected.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Combat logging (i think)
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: I couldn't he went offline.
