Description of what happened: Three of us (me, Mclean, and Remix the driver) were in a car, on the correct (right) side of the road. BryanTH in an offroad is driving on his left and crashes as our vehicles contact. I get out and go to him and he, without any words, shoots and kills me and Mclean.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: RDM
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: He taunted us, which is recorded below in the video after my death. He also tried to blame us for VDM when we were on the right side of the road, and only 1 of us were driving.

Yes, I was just about to post a topic about this. Any ways. At the time, I was upset at my friend noel and after about 30 minutes or so, I tried contacting them. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=411598583and offered to pay for any lost gear, but he didn't respond. I believe I also talked to remix about this incident but he said he'd already left their teamspeak

I am so sorry. I wasn't thinking right and I have adhd which makes me very impulsive and in video games, it shows very much. I lost my temper and I will pay for all the gear they lost and more and apologize to them. 

 
I would also like to point out that I dealt with Remix yesterday. Basically, I dropped a gun and he ran to pick it up. I told him not to and he did it any ways and he had the gun out, drawn, looking at me so I opened fire on him. He says I didn't tell him not to pick it up(which I did) but because I had 200 ping at the time, I believed that it probably didn't go through and payed for his gear. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=411188768 

You can see in the chat he says I gave him 150k. 

I'm not a bad person, and I do try to roleplay, especially after my first ban, but sometimes I'm just very impulsive, but I AM TRYING to do better at this kind of stuff. I wanted to apologize and pay for gear but I had to leave to deal with my friend who I was having an argument with. 

 
This video is just from my point of view and I didn't actually know that he had crashed, otherwise I would've stopped to help him.

What he said about him compensating me yesterday is all true and I respect the fact that he offered to give it to me after he knew that he broke the rules of RDM'ing however this occurrence today shows that this might not be the only time Brian will cause inconvenience by randomly killing people.

Although he tries to compensate for his wrong doings, he has still killed my two mates that needed to respawn and buy new gear.

Remix, I know I did wrong. But this is really rare and I do play this all the time. This past week for me has been hell. I almost got kicked out of my house but I found out 2 days ago I wasn't. I also wasn't on my adderal and was hyper like hell when this happened

 
Going to issue a ban for RDM on this one... you were driving too fast, and even if it was desync that caused your accident, you were still on the wrong side of the road...

Life and Sim-life are 2 seperate things, keep them that way.... you come here for an escape, or a new breath of life....

Changing your ingame name doesn't save you either...
