Description of what happened:
Was standing outside Mayors office speaking to some random guy when Vincent comes up and knocks me out without a word and tried to rob me although I had no cash on me at the time. He also unloaded 2 shots into me but thanks to my plated vest and helmet I only go down to 45% health. I will only call him on the knock out since I did survive (got proof of the injury if needed be).
