Description of what happened:I was in the middle of helping this guy that had just joined the server explaining the basics and such tells 2 hobo's to put there hands up, the new guy not knowing the game shouted i dont know how to do that and the guy shouted SHift J Shift J.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?:E) Threats to report / disputes / Breaking RP in Voice
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?:Could not be found, had previously asked him to come to TS to resolve the RDM issue no sign of him.

at what point did he break rp? and for the threats of report he said i have this on my gopro lol its a camera police and civs can carry ,not once in that conversation he mentioned admin or reporting anyone he remained in character the whole time.

Im not sure if i can comment on this but if you look closely the person behind you is the one breaking rp, he's voice is different to alcoholic's so from what i see this is a false report.

I couldnt tell as both were shouting at the same time, He broke RP by saying yelling Shift J Shift J to put your hands on your head? for RP purposes you wouldnt be in a street yelling shift J would you? no you'd just do it.  not a false report just a confusion with who was yelling.

knew that was coming lol, at what point have you asked me to come to ts? or did you message the original guy before you changed the name on the report, also theirs no reece guy in that video says ingame name reece? confused
