Description of what happened: Basicly my Medic friend MD Aeshyl drove up in his police viechal with a civilain in the viechal , jumps out and calls me other to restrain the guy due to jumping in the viechal and trolling and calling him N word. I restrain him and go to send him to jail when he verbualy abuses me and get 7 of his friends to harras and annoy me. After giving up on trying to deal with it , i give him a 60k ticket and let him go. He then runs of swearing at me abusing me etc , so i follow him, i try to find him so i can report him but i cant so i go back onto kavala HQ and he standing on the wall abusing me and calling me a "faggot ass brit" and saying " your so fat you pig you cant get me", so i taze him. During the time before tazing and restraining him m he did break role play and call me by my name PC Hoggie , i ask him " how do you know my name sir" , he replies i can read off yourfuc**ng name tag". I then taze him and proccess him again for the public order act which he fails to pay 3 times ( during the time he make more homophobic remarks to me. During me trying to make him pay the ticket you can here MD Aeshyl join TeamSpeek and ask whats going on due to him telling me to send him to jail for racism.
What Rule Was Broken ?: Racism - sadly not on video , Breaking RP saying he can read my name above my head - homophobic slurs , call a fag**t as brit etc - verbal abuse multiple times out of role play.
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Nope i sent him to jail and i was offended about what he had called me and didnt want to get into any form of contact before i upload this post to get him banned.

Sorry for the bad quaility i hope you can see his name so you can get him banned. The quailty is horrible but you can clearly see the guy is verbually abusing me and trying to annoy me. Sadly for some reason my in game mic was not detected on shaddow play but i did treat him very nicely the whole time even thought he was being very offensive to me.
