Breaking NLR: TAC Greg Olsen

Description of what happened: Approaching Heroin processing after spotting hemmets within the compound, we immediately take fire from the hill with no RP. We deploy, and take up firing positions, Greg Olsen is quickly killed as you can see in the video, and then returns immediately, what isn't captured is Wes being killed and Greg trying to take his weapon to kill us.
 
Unfortunately we don't have the name of the guy who tried to kill us without RP, but they confirmed at the station that he was with them, he killed Wes though.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: 5A, breaking NLR
 
Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: No, they refused to believe they had done wrong.

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)

I'd like to post here, that both Greg Olsen and the fellow with the Shemag, said they would quit TAC if it was proved that the guy on the hill shot first, well, here is the proof.

 
There is no proof here. You have shotty video of the events that occurred. At 35 seconds you can see is Supermoosey jump out of the vehicle and start shooting at one of the HEMTT Box trucks without initiating in any RP. Thank you for posting this so that others may see your failure as well

 
Watch the video, again, we take the first shot from the hill, from that point on, we are free to shoot, you see Greg Olsen go down, you then see Greg Olsen comeback. Case closed, NLR broken. @SANDMAN but thanks for showing how little people actually watch videos!

Anyone who is viewing this, if you want to know when we take fire with no RP, from the hill, shots start hitting us from 24 seconds on, from there, we are free to engage like I said.

 
Yes, when lethal rounds are used on us. And hey, listen to the video, I use rubbers the whole time, because I don't actually like to kill people, I prefer to RP.

 
After watching the video again I do see Ronkenskunk take damage at 27 seconds, but there was still no roleplay, on either side. 

 
We can't roleplay from that point, I'm sorry, but we can't, once we'd secured them, and were no longer taking fire, then we started to speak, essentially what you are saying is, I see that you took fire, but I still think you should talk to them, even though you can see Greg Olsen lining up Ronk,

 
No I totally agree with you that you had every right at that point to open fire without RP. I did not know you were fired at first. I'm sorry I doubted you TBH

 
You broke NLR. It was clear cut, someone shot the police first, how could they tell which one of you had fired.... the NLR RDM rule applies if you are ACTUALLY Randomly killed... you're driving along and someone kills you, you're standing on a building then are dead, no reasons at all... in this case you were prepared for a fight, so even if there's a doubt, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Unfortunately, this person has also changed their name not to be caught, so you can either help us by providing your playerID, or it's going to be harder for you to appeal this ban
