Description of what happened: I logged on and my friends where at weed processing i wasnt really listening to what was happening so i flew over there to take a look as i got there they was running round supposedly trying to steal the hemmts. I auto hover above for a little while, then as my friends leave i start to take shots from a sniper with no roleplay initiated on me.
 
What Rule Was Broken ?: Poor Roleplay[SIZE=medium]3B) RDM - Random Death Match Definition:[/SIZE]

Have you tried to resolve with the player before posting?: Yes, he told me that he wouldnt comp me because i was hovering inches off the ground in an "Active firefight wearing rebel gear". He also said that if i want to report him then go on because its his first time that he will be banned. Jordan then came into the channel to try to resolve it with no avail Mr Bravo then said this to Jordan

<0112> "Bravo": he hovered the heli inches off the ground trying to hide the sound of the attack
<0114> "Bravo": he was there for ages
<011:16> "Bravo": he was in full rebel gear
<011:19> "Bravo": go figure
<011:35> "Bravo": If I get banned so be it, dont play much now anyway

(This is almost a must! without this you have no solid evidence, If your report is about RDM then it must be a video leading upto the RDM and after)
 
Will compile a video tomorrow as my Internet is a potatoe and it is late.

Facts :

  1. Prior to your arrival I had killed 3 other people and two people from presumably different groups had initiated by telling my team members to put their hands up.
  2. The second group comprised of a hatch back sport which one occupant had previously initiated with us and had picked up a sniper from the hill and dropped him off at the weed processor (You see me shooting at him as he runs across the building. 
  3. You arrived at the scene, clearly heard multiple shots in your vicinity, remained at the scene, your team mates told you they were taking shots and needed pick up (as you can hear in your video), you still remained in the area. I then fired at you. You remained in the area. 
  4. You now claim ignorance that you didn't know what was going on when it is clear you had ample time and opportunity to leave.
  5. My team complained that you were using the helicopter to mask any sound of attack.
  6. Because of this I finally decided you were part of the sustained attack on our position and shot and killed you.
  7. You had ample time to leave an active gun fight, and despite hearing shots in the area over a prolonged period of time, decided to remain.
  8. You died and then complained.
Outside of what I could gather and understand from my point of view in game, outside of game from watching your video, it is clear to see that despite stating in your description that

You can clearly hear you conversing with your team about the situation, and what is more if you watch carefully you can see you dropping lockpicks from your helicopter. For a man who didnt really know what was going on, dropping lock picks, talking to your team about the situation and clearly trying to spot the sniper (Me) is unusual behaviour for a man who doesn't really know what's going on. But this is beside the point and only information gained post incident.

Your team were not leaving and preceded to kill all of my team except me. More misinformation? I have the full video before during and after the incident which I can drop box over a few days if admins require.

As you can see in my video all throughout this you have no evidence that i am with these guys maybe i am just trying to process weed that i have in my heli.
No compliance was issued to me at all i was shot with 0 roleplay of course i am going to complain and put a report up i tried to resolve this without doing a report by asking for compensation which you refused to.

 
I will not compensate when I feel I have just cause. I have to stand by my convictions. I personally feel you should have known better than to remain in an active fire fight for a prolonged period of time when shots are being fired all around you. But that is my personal opinion and open to debate. 

The final piece of information I used to complete my decision making process which resulted in me shooting and killing you was that despite being feet off the ground in an active fire fight, the rest of the attackers were completely ignoring you, and running past you. Add that nugget of information to what I have said before hand and I stand by my decision.

It would be a shame to get banned for this but if that is the result of this then so be it, I have said my piece and will say no more.

 
All of those pointers that you have produced stem from my video without it you would have no just cause to shoot me out of the helicopter. Who is to say i wasnt waiting for them to leave the processing so i could do my own drugs. I dont think from the distance you was shooting you can see me dropping lockpicks.

Upon entering the scene i hear no gunshots at all only my friends asking for lockpicks, which i can supply them with.

The point i am trying to make here and hope the admin reviewing this will understand is that for a person who has been here for some time you should know that initiation must be done before taking any shots the fact that you are not bothered by this report also because you think its acceptable to say its the first time you will be banned if the report is accepted i dont think is the attitude the community needs or wants infact. You never initiated on me once "only assuming" i was involved because i am landing my helicopter at a known drug processor.

You had men inside the processor, you could see my men leaving in a hatchback sport heading away you could of conversed with your men and asked them to ask me to leave but instead you decide to take it into your own hands.
